We booked at this hotel as it is our main conference hotel. Although expensive, I consider it worth the money paid. The room is huge, with two double beds put together in the center of the room, a small sofa set at the side, a big t.v. with many channels, and a nice big bathroom that has a good strong... more

This hotel probably was luxury top hotel years ago. The rooms furniture and TV are getting old. Two very nice swimming pools. No breakfast. Backdoor across the park is subway station. Beware of non-metered taxi. Always insist on metered taxi. No free internet. Offered free drink at Front lobby and you can ask for password to connect to free WiFi.... more

I have been fortunate to stay in a few hotels in Bangkok most of which are 4/5 stars and excellent but this hotel falls way down the list. I sampled a couple of rooms both quite different and a friend staying in the opposite tower was different again. The first room was very damp and smelly (left my clothes damp)... more

My husband and I stayed here for a week while he was here on business. We are used to staying in very nice 5 star hotels, but stayed here since the hotel was paid for. We stayed in a very nice suite with 2 bathrooms and a big separate living area. Our room was VERY clean and the entire hotel... more

Bangkok is a place which is full of hotels and it is difficult to make a right choice. My travel to Bangkok have been for the last 15 years and hence have tasted wide variety of such hotels. Imperial looks grand from outside and when you check in, you realize that it is another big hostel with clean rooms. There... more

Stayed in the Imperial Queens Park Hotel week 15th June 2009 - nice hotel, good location but fiddly policies! We booked in for three people and gave three names, my wife, nine year old and myself. Were asked at reception if we required breakfast, which we replied in the positive. When we went for breakfast we were informed that we... more

Stayed at this hotel for 4 days en route to australia.Sorry we bothered. Positives - Communal areas in hotel are beautiful and the staff wonderful.Unfortunately thats were it ends. Negatives- The hotel building itself is quite dated looks like it was built in the 70,s and this is reflected in the rooms. For Bangkok standards the rooms are quite basic and... more

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon for 3 nights. I could not find any fault at all with this hotel, the staff were excellent, the hotel looked great. The location of the hotel is great - right off the main road and close to lots of restaurants and bars. I cant understand why people have rated this hotel... more
