We stayed for 2 nights at the Imperial Tara 5th and 6th November 2009. The hotel is in a great location, just round the corner from the sky train, however, the room was very dated and the in-room safe did not work. Saying that it was clean and the bed was comfortable so perfectly adequate for our short stay. I... more

this hotel is just roung the corner from the sky train, very handy to get around, siam square is about 5 stops away, and its a cheap way to get around. theres also a shopping centre next to the sky train, about five mins from hotel, quite a few places to eat in top floor of shopping centre. the hotel... more

Have just returned from 2 weeks in Thailand, the first 3 days of which were at the Imperial Tara. We arrived about 10am after a long flight from the UK and were swiftly checked into our room which was on the 19th floor. The room consisted of a standard double bed, tv, small storage area, a kettle and a few... more

We stayed here for two nights when we first arrived in Bangkok. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was an expensive add on and we found it better to eat from the street vendors. The hotel is a fair trek outside of the tourist areas. However, the walk to the sky train is only about five... more

Since my first time with my hubby. We stayed at Imperial Tara. The location is great, just a 4 minswalk to the BTS station and Emporium Plaza. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. In Tara we are welcome with a warm heart service. We felt so comfy like at home. I still remember... more

I selected Imperial Tara on the internet, based on the special rate for three nights, the location, the pool, and the reviews. My clean, comfortable room overlooked the pool - which I intended to use but the two days were overcast and the shopping malls beckoned with 40-70% off sales. The hotel location was ideal: a one-way street which was... more

We had a delightful time at the hotel. We stayed in a delux room which suited us well. By the way the internet facilities, both ethernet and wireless, suited my laptop very well indeed. It is not in the very top league but very good indeed. Definetly recommended. more

The hotel was located about 5 min's walk from Phrom Pong BTS station. The area was very much quieter, as compared to crowded places like Nana. There are a lot of massage parlours and Japanese restaurants nearby the hotel. Initially, we chose this hotel because of the good reviews and its location. But having stayed here for 3 nights, I... more

My wife and I stayed at the Tara for 5 nights. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room (a "superior" room, I believe) was pretty nice & clean and the location was good - 5 min walk to the Skytrain. I could stay there again. more

Being captured in Thailand by PAD party taking over the airport, I had a soft landing at Imperial Tara Hotel in Bangkok. I could stay there for free for 4 days. In fact Thailand's generosity was based on the accomodation of the participating hotels. So I had a chance to study a first class hotel and its staff. My pleasure... more
