This is a super hotel in an excellent location just off Sukhumvit and right next to Phloen Chit BTS station . Have stayed at several Bangkok hotels in 4/5 star range and this is comparable with pretty much all of them. Location is not the best one in Bangkok, around the hotel many new buildings which are not finished yet. So that mean always a Train MBK or Taxi ride if you look for some Shopping or Restaurants. Spent 2 nights here recently. Firstly, staff were absolutely efficient and helpful esp.ms. Sutharat who was very polite and professional. “Outstanding Service”

Excellent hotel - good facilities, variety of restaurants, well appointed rooms - but what distinguishes this hotel is the outstanding service! It made the whole experience quite wonderful. I was there for a conference - the hotel provided outstanding service and facilities and smoothly dealt with a large number of delegates. Really liked the 24 hour acces to the gym.

We have stayed at many hotels in Bangkok. Plaza Athenee was definitely one of our favourites. Great staff, great service, really nice rooms. The night we stayed, there was a huge hi-so wedding. Even with this huge event, the staff was phenomenal.
