This is a solid hotel. Service is good and it's clean and comfortable. It's basically a safe choice for foreigners who want to go with a name they know and things they are familiar with. The SGS has always been my favorite place to stay in BKK. The perfect location, service and rooms. With the new walkway connection to the Sky Train it is unbeatable. Having access from the lobby level above and the street level entrance makes life very easy. more

The hotel is well located for business with skytrain just few steps away. Room was large enough for a short stay, very clean and pleasant. Bed was as great as usually in Sheratons. I have stayed at the Sheraton Grande some 60+ times in the past several years. First off the hotel does have one of the greatest locations for Bangkok. The hotel offers everything a traveler needs.
