This was truly a remarkable sight. I've been to many hotels before, but this is the best in Asia. their attentiveness to detail is amazing. the work on the walls are very nice. everywhere in the hotel that you go to, there is a staff member ready to assist you. we stayed here for 2 days, and we loved it!... more

In my opinion this hotel is more about the "Attention" and "Attitude" from the staff which i found outstanding. Having just completed a 4 night stay, I found very few things I could fault about this hotel. The staff were attentive, and always happy (during my stay) and personally for me, it was their attitude that made my stay comfortable.... more

I think this is a perfect hotel, one of the best I have ever stayed in. The room was beautiful, so many luxurious touches eg. a 24 hour butler service, fresh fruit in the room. I have been here more than 20 times last 4-5 years. Great location and perfect service,nice pool and great food. However,the rooms are really getting old fashion,and needs urgently a face-lift. The Thai restaurant is really first class with very nice service. Overall, a great place to relax after hard working. more
