It's a good hotel with good location. We booked ourself to a junior suite as there was 3 of as travelling, it was a very nice size room with balcony (which didn't have any furniture!?). Hotel is about 15min walk to National Stadium skytrain station. I wouldn't use the hotel restaurant as we did and food wasn't the best, service... more

Stayed here for 7 nights. As others have mentioned the lobby itself if quite impressive and the restaraunts do serve quite good meals although not overly cheap based on average prices in Thailand. The rooms themselves are more than adequate when compared to many other places in Asia and western Europe for that matter. However, i'm not sure how they... more

The hotel was advertised as four stars on Wotif. The lobby was OK but the hotel had a very cheap and drab feel to it. The rooms (furniture and bathroom) are quite old; especially the bathroom - the toilet seat was very low and the bathtub still used a shower curtain. The height of each floor may feel quite low... more

Best to book via AsiaRooms or Agoda. Stayed there many times. It's quality has only ever got better everytime. I love stopping here. The breakfast is terrific, and if you ask for a cappuccino, they give one without an extra charge. The ala-carte eggs or an omlet is not a problem. Good selection of buffet breaky including cold meats, dutch... more

I will not spend too much time on this hotel. It's just simply not worth too many words. One thing I can assure you: Staying at this place will not meet your requierements. To say it nicely. First of all, the doormen and the lobby receptionists: Five extremely arrogant people and one trainee who gets ignored by his/her superiors. We... more

Hi, Me and my husband stayed in twin Tower for 4 days in July end. The experience was horrible. When we arrived , we were given a twin bed room - A room with 2 beds that cannot be joined. Cant imagine anyone even suggesting such a room for a husband and wife. After explaining to the lady that we... more

Me and my wife stayed here on the last 3 nights of our honeymoon. We had been in Thailand for 3 weeks and it was super, the people were out of this world. When we got to the twin tower it went really wrong. The girl at the desk could not find our booking, then tried to cherge us nearly... more

We stayed here for 4 nights during our trip to Bangkok. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the lobby is big and luxurious. Depending on which 'wing' you stay, the rooms are very spacious. The room we had was huge and even had a seperate writers desk and living area. The buffet breakfast was average, however this once again depends... more
