Stayed here when in Bangkok for two days. Great location close to skytrain the accomodation was first class, very clean and tidy, good food and close to many local amenities. Very professional staff. Went out of their way to check/confirm air reservations as we arrived immediately after BKK reopened in early Dec. Convenient to both the Sky Train and Subway. I stayed at the Swiss Lodge on business and it was fantastic. The rooms are a little run down but the service is fantastic and the restaurant is amazing. I arrived at BKK airport late and before leaving the arrivals lounge, i was immediately bombarded with offers of taxis to the city. My advice is to avoid these as you will usually pay over the top.
