“lovely place with a lovely pool”

and really nice staff too. I must have stayed here about half a dozen times and always really like this place. good breakfast buffet too. and i'll keep coming back! p.s thank you for putting me in the lovely big room on the 12th floor!!!

“I love all about this hotel”

they have the professional staffs. they was upgrade our room from junior two bedroom to deluxe two bedroom. and they are very helpful. the room was amazing. They have a lot menu for breakfast.The hotel location is near from mall, restaurant, and train station. Highly recommended for this hotel.

Excellent service with friendly staff, the room is very clean and they also have shuttle service to go to sky train, I love it!!! Breakfast line is not too bad and have a lot of choices. Swimming pool is to small but it's ok same as fitness center.

“Tired looking hotel in need of a revamp”

We stayed in a large two bedroom suite. The amount of space was great, with a kitchen and washing machine, which was needed. The rooms were very dated and in overall poor condition.
