I stayed in the best hotel in Bangkok. It has excellent customer service. A great serviced apartment. Beautiful. Great view. Awesome location. Near both mass transit lines the BTS skytrain and the MRT subway so very easy to go anywhere in Bangkok. This is the best hotel experience from start to finish I have ever experienced. more

Stayed here for 4 nights in Jan 2009 with my husband and my cousin. I booked through agoda and got a rate of $70 per night for two people. At the last minute my cousin decided to join us, but I wasn't able to update the reservation to 3 people through agoda. The hotel gives you the impression that there... more

Mind you: this review is about the Jasmine Executive Suites, that is a part of the Jasmine City Hotel. Booked there because I needed a big room and I found a reasonable deal on wotif. Our room was indeed big (almost 60sqm), with a living room and a fully-equiped kitchen. Wow! But the decoration was purely functional, almost Ikea style,... more

This was pretty much the perfect hotel experience, and deserves a full five stars in a review. I arrived at 7am the day of check-in, fully expecting to be waiting till the proper check-in time to get my room. But no, the very cordial and helpful staff had a room ready for me. At every stage of my contact with... more

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in Bangkok. I come Bangkok every year for couple of months and finding a good hotel is always a problem to me. Next year I'll stay at this hotel again. Before I had stayed Aspen suites, Royal River, Twin Towers, and Baan Heritage Silom Hotel. Location: Great, in the middle of the... more

I am currently staying at the Jasmine Executive hotel in Bangkok and must say it has been a very comfortable stay. It is across road from Asok sky rail, will take you straight to Emporium shopping centre, (1stop) and has the great shops & quality food court upstairs. The standard suites are great size and comfortable, the executive suites have... more

Nice hotel. I had a deluxe studio room. Comfortable, well laid out room and very quiet. Very fast elevators and I never waited more than 30 seconds for one. Good service, though front desk staff wasn't as friendly as typical Thai hotels. The restaurant was just OK (for breakfast) - not bad but not great. Mattresses & pillows a bit... more

My husband's company use this apart hotel - it was clean but the towels were grey and the sheets had holes in them. The breakfast is not great either. The staff are not your typical friendly and helful Thais. more
