We book this hotel from Agoda.com and we did not print out the reservation slip. But we did provide the confirmation number and also a soft copy showing them in our phone...
but the hotel staff don't accept this and insist want us to print it out... their hotel lobby doesn't provide any wifi services and we unable to access...

The hotel looks much fancier on the pictures than it is in reality. Nevertheless, anyone who is interested in a hotel that is affordable, clean, good service, ... I highly recommend it.
However, I believe the rooms could have been brighter in terms of lighting. Good and convenient location, next to the BTS Skytrain and Bangkok MRT.

rude front office girls, tiny room, tinier bathroom and a generally lousy atmosphere. The area around is not bad esp the Indian restaurant and the massage salon bang opposite. but then there are other good hotels in the vicinity.
