We spent 3 night nights at this hotel at the end of our Thailand trip. The hotel was celebrating its 11th birthday and its age is showing. The rooms are looking tired and are in need of a refurbishment but are kept clean by the hard working and friendly house keeping staff. The public areas are holding up slightly better.... more

Our 2 day stay at the Ramada D'ma, Bangkok was just about okay. The air conditioning was either too warm or too cold, our bedroom windows faced a dull grey wall and the shower in the bathroom was again too cold or too hot. Ideal for travellers who spend most of their time shopping out in Bangkok . more

I came to bangkok for a leisure trip and of course shopping. The hotel was a very peaceful and relaxing place to come back to after a day in the city. Nice rooms and good breakfast in beautiful surroundings by the pool. We liked it very much and will stay there next time we pass Bangkok. more

I should have known something was up when the guy assigning taxis at the airport pronounced the hotel as the "RAMA" da--the place of RAMA. This has pretty much become an Indian hotel. Not that there;s anything wrong with that, but you should at least know you will be swamped by large Indian families and tour groups in your effort... more
