Just don't bother. The location is far from anywhere of any interest, unless you have business in nearby government offices (as I did). However, in disgust, I checked out after just two nights. Mould in the bathroom, dirty rooms, fixtures and fittings that don't work or explode on contact, and a shower that barely functions and alternatively shoots out ice... More

The wife (Thai) booked it as we had a function to go to nearby. When I went to check in the price I was charged was 400Baht more expensive than originally quoted. The reason for the price increase because I was a westerner. I am used to double pricing having lived in Thailand for more than 10 years, but this... More

As soon as you walk in the door of this hotel, you realise it is going to be disappointing. The staff are not particularly helpful or friendly and even the lobby is not well maintained. The rooms are no better, poor quality, dusty, mouldy and never maintained. Several things were not working properly. The hotel was not cheap at B1600... More

This is a somewhat faded gem of a hotel. The executive floors are clean, if a bit worn. They have upgraded taps and wallpaper in some rooms over the past few years. (I have stayed here for as long as six weeks at a time). TV is limited and High Speed Internet costs (but it does work). Because of its... More

Come to this hotel if you want to escape the Europeans Americans and Australians who fill the hotel downtown making it difficult to believe you have ever left home. Come if you want a room price that is realistic. Don't come if you want to be near the tourist sites and the shopping. Taxis downtown cost around Baht120 although trying... More

My wife booked this one for a function we had there. The function was good and the room was good but this hotel has two disadvantages: 1) Location: the hotel is in the nowhere near the central hub. There is sort of a little village that surrounds the hotel but that's it. 2) The hotel is old. The problem is... More
