I have recently stayed at the Silom City Hotel with three other friends. It is a friendly, clean and cost effect accomodation. The one great thing about Silom City Hotel was the location. It is close to many great places, so you will never get bored. The room was just OK, it was pretty clean. Although the hotel is located very centrally for most attractions it is a little hidden on a small street. However if you print out a Google map and show it to the driver he should have no problem getting there. The hotel is very nice on the budget scale.
