Although the Indra Regent is a clean and comfortable hotel my credit card details were stolen and used (the only time I used it was at the front desk) I would not recommend this hotel as I would fear this happening to others. more

I am writing this review to get back in my own way for all the rudeness, unprofessionalism, callousness and utter disregard shown to me and my family by their staff (particularly the reception) during our stay in Bangkok. Staff were not particularly friendly, rooms were OK but expensive. Had to ask for drinking water to be left in room which comes in glass bottles so you are not able to take of the premises. Good location for shopping more
