Have stayed here four times whilst n holidays over the years and have found it to be clean with first class service. Advertised as three star it comes across more as five. The location is outstanding close to markets, food and the modern city centre. The rooms are maybe smaller than the more modern hotels but are still excellent with... More

Dear KittyTLC, Thank you very much for your recent stay with us and your valued comments. I am glad to learn that you enjoyed our location and hospitality. I sincerely apologize for your disappointment with our room. Due to the sudden onset of near full occupancy we were unable to fumigate insects and deep clean carpet/furniture. We will get back... I have stayed at the Indra twice and loved it. It is one of the rather pricey places to stay in BKK but definitely worth it - Great rooms (we stayed in superior on top floor), friendly staff, nice food/restaurants, but for me the stand out was the location. There is a shopping mall attached to the hotel! As well... More

Great location for walking to shopping malls - MBK, Palladium etc. Beware, even though these shops say they open at 9am, the majority were not open for an hour or so after this. There are hundreds of little market-style shops and a good food court in an adjoining building to the Indra Regent - entrance off the Indra lobby near... More

Arrived in Bangkok on the 22nd of December 2011 on a four day trip to Bangkok. Upon arrival we were very impressed with the grandeur of the sparkling lobby and clean/shiny lifts. The rooms were also very impressive with a great view of Bangkok. The only downside to the rooms were the bathrooms, which appeared a bit shabby and tired... More

I have returned to Bangkok on December 23 and stayed at Indra mainly because of the convenience of the airport rail link and the wonderful Pratunam shopping area. My room was very clean and was pleasantly surprised to enjoy a great buffet breakfast where the selection was comprehensive. We also enjoyed Christmas eve dinner at the hotel and had fun... More

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights from 28th Dec. Our whole family group was 14 people and we enjoyed the atmosphere at the hotel. The rooms are quite spacious, although recently renovated (so we were told) the Bathrooms could use a little help in being a bit more modern. Breakfast was the only meal we had at the... More

We were 3 friends who stayed here in 2005 and found the hotel well-positioned (both in the city center and in Thailand as a whole). The staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was adequate and clean. The breakfast was truly substantial and catered for western and eastern cultures and palates. As oart if a package deal, this was... More
