I am writing this review to get back in my own way for all the rudeness, unprofessionalism, callousness and utter disregard shown to me and my family by their staff (particularly the reception) during our stay in Bangkok. If you want to be cheated, mistreated and abused then this is the hotel for you - otherwise AVOID AT ALL COSTS more

Staff were not particularly friendly, rooms were OK but expensive. Had to ask for drinking water to be left in room which comes in glass bottles so you are not able to take of the premises. Good location for shopping more

I stayed there for just few nights and then decided to move to other hotels nearby. Just can't stand the attitude of the staffs and also the safety of the hotel. We thought the Indra Regent was a great location close to shops, markets and food. The only thing we thought they could improve on would be the staff the were not rude by any means but didn't really go to any effort to help or improve our stay. Some of the decor a little outdated.
