Been staying at this hotle now 2 or 3 times a year for the last 7 years and it hardly ever disappoints at anything. Hotel Emerald is located at Rachada ( commonly known as) and Kwon Ho , Thai Cultural Centre is the nearest Metro. Good thing a. Location is pretty decent and safe . b.
