We stayed at this hotel when it was under the name of Best Western Elegance Suites. It is a very nice hotel, good rooms and good and helpful staff. In fact Mc Donalds and some other department stores are close by. This was a trip we did in Dec 2007. Overall the Hotel was good.

arrived at midnight very tired only to find the placed closed down, not infromed by customer.service@venere.com that it had been closed for over a week before we arrived, we had a wonderful taxi driver who found us a good place, cheap but clean and a great breakfast called the Swan hotel in the Silom area

Hotel is so so....but in a very good place. But unfortunately in the mid of our stay it gor closed. So please dont plan anything in it for the next 6 months atleast

Location - not bad considering that it's 5 minutes away from the BTS station. Comfortable apartment in a local area, slightly off the main tourist routes. Short walk to Sathorn pier for express boats and Saphan Taksin BTS skytrain. Very colourful area, visitors should eat at the Black Canyon under Robinsons on the main road. Great service, all staff are very helpful and friendly.

we stayed in a junior suite a small kitchette, lounge with sliding doors into a separate bedroom, bathroom had a full size bath perfect. its near the river and a short walk from Robinson department store and a train station. lots of locals eating on the streets it's alot cheaper than other areas of bangkok.

I can say you get what you pay.But here i get more ,room very big have living room separate with slide door and have dining table set in there.
