It looks to me like an old hotel that hasn't been properly maintained. Room (executive) was good size, but very old furniture. Not proper hot water, most I got was warm. Food was very average It's far away More

Not really a tourist hotel, used more for conventions and large groups. Does have a large shopping mall and night market nearby and close to river canal stop for getting into town. Not near any railway stations so need to rely on taxis for transport. Quiet room, adequate air conditioning, terrible shower, clean pool. Pleasant staff and good breakfast. More

Decoration is very tired, and the corridors are dark and dingy. There are two lifts serving the upper floors and they take forever to arrive. Pool area was dirty, but the... More

we have stayed at the alexander hotel many times and have always enjoyed our stay there. the staff are always very friendly and efficient. the rooms we have used have always been clean and spacious and reasonably priced. with the new airport now open, the alexander is now conveniently placed for easy access to and from the airport. This hotel is right on the saensab canal and a boatstation is not far. It's 15 minutes by boat to Petchburi road, soi nana nua, and 30 minutes to Golden Mount. Large lobby they, show pictures of the Alexander hotels in world even they are certainly not in the same group. I have a pleasant room with canal view and... More
