I shall not trust their website photos but I found out trip-advisor much later.... I never expected this time I will have problem of gout and thus I have problem in walking and this is disaster to ignore so much seafood around me. But my point is no elevator kills me! And there are cockroaches crawling in the room... I... more

Great location in Siam, but that's it. Overall impression is terrible. You'll find A LOT BETTER places to stay than this! Staff is unpolite and rude. Rooms are run-down and dark. Rates are way too high. Just stay away! If you would like to stay in this area, try the charming "Wendy guesthouse" just down the street. more

Having stayed in Bangkok and this area at least 20 times or more in the past year and frequently stayed on the small soi where Reno is located, I decided to give them a chance. I knew the prices were a lot more than guesthouses on the street. However, the downstairs area looked like the price could be warranted. When... more

Reno is defiantely the place to be if you want to spend most of your money shopping and visiting sites, rather than spending hundreds on a room! What is the best thing about this place? We visit Bangkok pretty frequently, and on one occassion, our booking at a hotel in the National Stadium Area had gotten messed up--- so we pulled just walked into Reno and found room. Reno turned out to be a pleasant find--- it has a very decent swimming pool, a coffee shop which is good too, and nice clean rooms. Located... more

Great location. Walking distance to MBK Center and Metro. The hotel itself is fairly good, but not outstanding. The free breakfast is below average for the hotel of its price range. more
