I found the rude and unfriendly staff not to be worth the savings. The only positive experience with staff was the maid who was quite kind. The food service staff was the absolute worst. I stayed at Watana Mansion for 5 months (internship in BKK) plus 2 times afterworths. The hotel is ok. The rooms without a carpet are the best. The once with a carpet smell. The rooms could use a renovation but have all the things you need and are fairly clean. I noticed that they do not clean the pool often... more

I stayed here for work 4 days in Bangkok. Wattana Mansion is good location. Not too far from MRTA. The room was ok for sleep only. But bed is not good. Other things was fine. If you need to relax I prefer to stay in other hotels. more
