Title says it all. The unresponsive and unprofessionally rude management combined with flustered staff negates the great location. Many other nice places on the same street with MUCH BETTER service (more polite, efficient, willing, etc...vs the argumentative, slow, reluctant 'service' at Fraser) more

I can wait to early out my stay HERE on my last vocation...this is the worst hotel I ever tried in Bangkok, especially the staff service...Req high floor but just replied fully booked or this is the highest....but that was the lowest travelling season. Went here in august on a shopping trip to bangkok with my wife.Stayed in a 2 bedroom premier apartment .It was excellent on 21st floor with good views.We had a 1200 sq.ft apartment. A two night stay in a studio at this service apartment was decided largely on location.
