Millennium Hilton Bangkok Hotel was the last hotel to stay in Thailand Each and every one of the staff members was kind and the staff member named AOMOM, who approached us as a part of us as Koreans, was especially impressive and I was grateful Luckily, I was assigned a room with a nice view ^^ I think I can do all my schedules here next time if I come on a trip with my friends or family I only stayed one day, but thank you so much for making me remember the last day of my trip to Thailand beautifully. Thank you MillenniumBangkok, Thank you AOMAM~~*^^*

Hotel's Favourite
My wife and returned to the Millennium after our last visit some 4 years ago. We're happy to say that the quality of the hotel and the level of service are as good as ever. The executive lounge remains unbeatable with it's rooftop terrace and high quality food and beverage service. A particular mention should go to Freya and Khim who both did their most to make our stay so enjoyable. A great change has been the recently opened Ale House which is a great addition to the resort. With it's outside terrace you can relax with a beer or cocktail whilst watching all the activity on the river at lunch, sundown or late in the evening. Can't wait for our next visit.

On March 1st. I arrived Millennium Hilton Bangkok hotel around 6pm. This hotel I live all the time when I come to visit Bangkok, Thailand. When I start to have my check in procedure, the female staff works on it I feel she is not focus on what I asking and request for. In the check in time I noticed she got her personal phone ringing and she pick up her phone and ask another staff follow up my document. I don't think this is a professional front desk serving manner. Whenever I go into my hotel room #1508, I can smell something like "pee pee", I checked all around and I didn't see anywhere is messy or dirty, also after my flight from HKG to Bangkok and then take the BTS all the way from airport to hotel. I already tired, take a shower and sleep. The next day morning after I have my breakfast from the cafe and back to my room, I met the housekeeping staff called "Ammie", I talked to her what happened and what I feel. She said She is going to clean and refresh my room. When I came back after I visited temple Wat Rakhang, my room smell better and feel everywhere "Ammie" works so hard to clean up and refresh my room. I am giving her full score of 10 to her professional housekeeping work in the hotel. In the afternoon time I met a staff that I know before working front desk in this hotel. "Film" she is so nice to me every time when I stay in this hotel. So I talked to her what happened when I first check in and my room. She checked the computer and talk to me she is going to change my room in afternoon time. And serves me what I asking and request for. Being a Hilton Honor Gold Membership member I think this is a part of the member benefits. This time I will give "Ammie" outstanding housekeeping job performance serving the hotel guest. Also both "Ammie" and "Film" have a score of 10 for their services. And the first female staff serving me she got score 1 out of 10 to her service, she needs more training to upgrade herself.

Once again, my stay at the Millennium Hilton BKK was wonderful. The Communication before my Arrival was very pleasant and when I checked- in at the Executive Lounge I was greeted with a Smile from the Team. Due to my Number of stays, the interaction is more personal as I know some of the Staff well, such as Ms. Apple - Manager and Ms. Ann Representative. They look after all the Guests in the Lounge with professionalism and dedication. A wonderful Team. A GEM of Hilton Group..The Executive Lounge is on the 31st floor with nice furnishings and at Sunset the View from the outside terrace is much better than from the overpriced Lebua Skybar. I was proactively offered a Room upgrade that was beautifully furnished and super clean with a View of the Chao Phraya. Housekeeping placed a beautiful bouquet of Flowers on the windowsill and a dog made out of towels on the bed. The Lobby is exceptionally high with special architecture. Overlooking the river is the combined breakfast Room and Restaurant. Very large selection with friendly staff. The Gym is currently being remodeled, so there is a temporary structure on the ground Floor that is absolutely sufficient for a workout. The Hotel has a shuttle boat with a half-hour journey to the other side of the river with BTS access. The large Shopping Mall IconSiam is 5 minutes away from the Millennium and there is a light show every evening. On the Top floor there is the ThreeSixty Bar with a beautiful View and live music - my Stay had a 100% feel-good Atmosphere. The Millennium Hilton BKK is a 5 Star Hotel and is unrivaled on the river. The Staff was very friendly in all areas and my special thanks go to the entire Executive Lounge Team led by Ms. Apple. Thank you and see you soon

All in all we had an great stay in this Hotel. We received complimentary breakfast as Honors Gold members, unfortunately as most often nowadays no room upgrade was offered. „Flow“ restaurant and rooftop bar were amazing and reasonably priced. The rooms were clean an very spacious however some of the furniture was already used up quite a bit. Both the staff at the front desk and housekeeping were very courteous and all of our requests were dealt with to our satisfaction. Only check in and check out could be more efficient, especially the check out took an extremely long time.

This property is in our hearts since we first visited almost 10 years ago. The location on the river is the best. Rooms are great and breakfast continues to be superb. We really enjoyed some of the new dishes for breakfast like the spicy clams. The staff at the Executive Lounge is very helpful and special thanks to Apple, the manager, for her attention during our stay. We also ate at a Friday night buffet and Sunday brunch and were amazed by the variety of food and the value for such an offering.

Just because a bunch of people that never travel give a hotel 5 Stars doesn’t necessarily mean it is one. This Hilton us a better Ibis. Not even close to 3.5 stars. One of the worst hiltons I ever stayed at. No recognition for Diamond LT HH, a shabby upgrade to a scratched and even shabbier room , a suite they call it whereas we call it a dump. Everything took forever. Staff more than lazy and laughable. It’s crowded with Westerners that are already happy when it’s neither raining nor snowing like at home. Hot water in the shower takes forever, so do hotel employees in case you need anything. The executive lounge is crowded with crying and running kids who knows from where and food quality has gone literally to beyond a McDonald’s level. I won’t ever come back to this place. Their gm wasn’t available ever during a week. Shame on you !

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. As a diamond member, I did receive an upgrade to a premium room. The room had a very nice view of the river. There was a jacuzzi bathtub and I wish I had time to use it. We had access to the executive lounge. We went to the evening cocktail hour and it was very crowded and no seating, but we went the next day during the afternoon tea and there was more room. I thought there were plenty of options for food and drinks. Breakfast was included and we also received a special breakfast item as a diamond member which was usually very good. There were many options for breakfast which included western and chinese, but also an assortment of breads, cereals and fruit. The staff at the restaurant always kept the food stocked and cleared the tables right away. We had a problem with the light in the closet not going off since the closet door was not shutting. We called the front desk and a technician came out right away to look at it. All the staff is very kind and polite. He called the front desk to explain the issue and his resolution and then the front desk called me to explain it to me in English. No problems with the communication method. The free Hilton ferry is very convenient to get to the opposite side of the river. They run on time so keep that in mind when making plans. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
