I have stayed at the Grace several times over the years. Remarkably, despite ongoing renovations and improvements, the defining characteristics of the place have not changed. Much of the very dated decor remains. Some areas are still in real need of refurbishment. You rarely see families or female tourists. u are right after 2 pm if due are not paid for day hotel room locked automatically then go again in reception and pay room rent then they unlock . and reception attitude is always very bad last so many years . they must change reception peoples attitude ..but hotel is very nice few change sin building A also ...... more

I've stayed here 6 times in 10 years. This time was the last. Despite the repeat business, the cashier staff still treat you like a criminal. They lock you out of your room every few days, but it can take an hour for their rude, inefficient cashiers to settle your bill. These battle-hardened hags carry on shuffling papers like you... more

This hotel is great, Discotheque with all kinds of girls who are ready to accompany you for leisure/Dinner/Anything, Massage Parlour where you can relax by choosing a girl u want to have the massage from, Bowling Alley at very reasonable prices, all night cafe with internet, and much. i recently stayed in the grace hotel from the 18th til the 23rd.it is in a good location if your interested in the nightlife.there are rooms for 1000baht which are only ok.i stayed in a room in the new wing which was 1600baht a night.nice room and on the very top floor but its not all good.the grace hotel do... more
