I also booked via wotif.com but had a very different experience to the other reviewer. 6 Star Service right from arrival! Seated check-in with a much appreciated cool drink of coconut infused water. We booked 3 nights at the Baan Thai for one of the cheaper rooms for TB5,900 per night through Wotif and were looking forward to the stay after viewing the website and seeing the other review, but I have to say I was pretty disappointed after our initial reaction that this was a charming boutique hotel.
