With a great downtown location this hotel has so many assets, such as the beautifully landscaped grounds, that it's a shame that the worn & weary rooms let it down. Originally a Hilton built in the 60s it's now showing its age - particularly faulty thermostat on air conditioning which, after two uncomfortable nights, was eventually replaced. Plenty of smiling staff, not all with understanding of English. However all is fully compensated by wonderful grounds and pool. More

The Swissotel chain is a chain of mostly 5* hotels, all of good quality. The Nail Lert Park hotel is on Wireless road about 5-10 min from the nearest skytrain, so location is good.
