My stay didn't get off to a great start as when I arrived I had to wait about 20 minutes to check in and then my room still wasn't ready even though it was 7pm! Once I finally got in my bags failed to materialise for over 20 minutes until I called to chase them up. My room was ok,... More

I recently stayed here for 4 nights. The room I had, which was apparently one of the recently refurbished ones, was spacious, pleasantly decorated and comfortable. It did however look a little dated in places and there was rust around the bathtub. They also gave someone else the same room half an hour after I checked in - that gave... More

With a great downtown location this hotel has so many assets, such as the beautifully landscaped grounds, that it's a shame that the worn & weary rooms let it down. I recently stayed here for x6 nights and despite changing rooms I never could get the air conditioning nor shower temperatures right! Many of the rooms are currently undergoing refurbishment... More

Originally a Hilton built in the 60s it's now showing its age - particularly faulty thermostat on air conditioning which, after two uncomfortable nights, was eventually replaced. Plenty of smiling staff, not all with understanding of English. However all is fully compensated by wonderful grounds and pool. More

The Swissotel chain is a chain of mostly 5* hotels, all of good quality. The Nail Lert Park hotel is on Wireless road about 5-10 min from the nearest skytrain, so location is good. If you come by taxi from the airport, ask for the Nai Lert Park hotel, as they seem to know that name better. Check-in was efficient... More

We have been frequent visitors over the years to NaiLert Park and I have to say that the hotel was much better run when it was a Hilton. We love the garden area and I am an enthusiastic user of the tennis courts, so this makes up for the other failings. The rooms while a good size are definitely getting... More

An island of tranquility in the center of Bangkok. Comfortable rooms overlooking a tropical garden with a fine pool. Easy to get to by taxi from the airport and perfect to go sightseeing: Just 2 minutes to the boat stop at Klong Mahanak, use the river boat to get you to Jim Thompson's house and t the Royal district further... My wife and I booked a classic room in this hotel. The room was very noisy and sounded like someone was running a grinding machine. The chair was frayed, the hair dryer was stuck together with masking tape and the emergency torch did not work. There were hairballs in the room and the door to the balcony did not lock.... More

After our recent stay at the Swissotel Stamford in Singapore, my husband was pretty confidant about staying at the Nailert Park in Bangkok. He had reserved a Swiss Advantage room with what the website promised had a 'double double' sleeping arrangement. The check in as usual was a smooth affair. But when we were shown to our room- it did... More

Really loved the garden and pool - it made for a very relaxing stay and didnt feel like you were in the center of Bangkok. The staff were very friendly. Excellent value for money - the room was spacious although a little dated - still very comfortable. Spent most of time by the pool! Did the best breakfast on our... More
