The good: Their excellent guest service started from the moment we got off the taxi - we did not have enough small change on us and the taxi driver wanted to make off with our larger note insisting he had no change but the hotel boy quickly settled that for us. Loved the shanghai mansion. Comfortable, really nicely decorated rooms, and common areas. Great Chinese and western breakfast. Horrible Internet. Slow as molasses.don't count on it. But otherwise- two thumbs up. Loved the vibrant location too! More

This hotel is excellent value for what you get. Everything in the mini bar is free (no alcohol), and the buffet brekkie is delish.
