After traveling throughout Asia on my current trip, I have to say that the Somerset Lake Point Bangkok is by far the best hotels that I have stayed in on this recent trip. The location was within walking distance of the sky-train and the hotel also offers tuk-tuk shuttles out to the Asoke station. The hotel itself was extremely clean... more

We enjoyed our stay here and all thanks to Tom (Manager ),Paul (daytime Duty Manager) and their excellent staff for their time and service. Our rooms were more than enough for our needs, they were well serviced by friendly staff. Breakfast was a treat, we liked the variety and freshness. My wife recommends the in-house masseuse service. There is good... more

The reason for choosing this hotel was to avoid any commute but the next time I am in Bangkok, I'll have plenty of reasons to pick this hotel again. The vast and lavish lobby of the hotel welcomes you as soon as you enter the hotel. The rooms are huge; the beds are very comfortable in your room which is... more

The service apartments are spacious with a kitchenette, a big comfortable bed (highly needed after long days of shopping), and a decently sized bathroom. I was staying on the 31st Floor in Tower A and even had a huge balcony attached the room. They provide you with all the requisite cutlery for your room and bottles of water on the... more

Studio on 29th floor looks nice and modern, bathroom could be better equipped (water pressure for showering is very low on high floor), AC too noisy for my ears, very slow elevator (take time to come on 29th floor), staff friendly and helpful. I belive good place for families (many seen) but I belive as well there are better places... more

The apartment had all the facilities,a full fledged kitchen with a microwave, the best part was of the washing machine were you could put your clothes daily and they would wash and... more

Booked a 2 bed apartment (Premier - tower A) directly through the hotel at only $160AUD per night...great value as we were budgeting apprx $100AUD per couple per night. No payment was taken prior to arrival, only credit card details to confirm the booking incase we didnt show up. Arrived around 1pm and were surprised to find we had been... more

This was excellent value for a genuine 2 bedroom apartment. Why would you stay in a hotel room? I booked directly via there web site. Only minor complaint was a slight smell of smoke in our room. Breakfast is good. Pool is great. Location is not bad, close to transport. more
