We three copuples stayed in this hotel for three days. The hotel is very good and comfortable. What is striking is that the staff is very considerate and helpful. We were stranded by our tour operator " Future Star" for two hours on arrival and we had not activated our mobiles. The hotel staff helped establish the communication with them... more

I booked this hotel because other preferences were full since late December is well into the high season in Thailand. We were upgraded to a 4th floor (larger) room at check-in because, they said, we had booked for 11 nights -- but I suspect the upgrade resulted from my complaining to the online booking agency about having an added charge... more
