We stayed here for three nights. On the website it looked like a hotel but in reality it was a poorly run but half-decent hostel. Pros: The room was a decent size. The shower was hot. Complimentary breakfast was good. There are some good hawker stalls and restaurants nearby. Cons: The staff were rude, unfriendly and a little clueless. Everytime... more

I would really recommend this accomodation to anyone who is Bangkok and needs a clean and pleasant place to stay at. Within a walking distance from Khaosan road, close to bars and shops. Perfect location and the staff was very friendly more

The water was hot and the bathroom was clean.... the staff were VERY friendly and although on the first night they stuck us in the... more

Disgustingly rude lady manager and staff with very little compassion or customer service skills. Charged TWICE for 12 day booking because of a fault with their web system, (we showed them a credit card statement as evidence that we had paid), then treated us like liars. Served us MOULDY fruit as part of the "free"breakfast, yum. My advice is if... more

Room was fine, no bed bugs and everything was clean, linen was clean. breakfast: AVOID SCRAMBLED EGGS. stick with continental, I mean it...next door they have great eggs, it's worth skipping free breakfast and worth the potential case of the runs for eating their watermelon compared to those pseudo-eggs...yikes aside from that, decent place...annoying we can't turn off the air... more

As another post says, this place has bed bugs. I'm now home and trying to make sure that I don't infest my home with the vermin. Also don't book anything with the travel desk. I booked a taxi to the airport. (Should be easy enough, right? Wrong!) I needed a taxi because I make a 6 am flight so the... more

This hotel is in a great location very close to Kha San Rd and located on a lovely paved road with many shops etc. The hotel itself though is not that great. I had a very difficult time in checking in. I was meeting a tour group there and they did not quite understand that. The room was clean enough,... more

The guest house was in a great location, just around the corner from the Ko San Road, and the place itself would have been more than adequate if the rooms had not been infested with bed bugs. The rooms were good sizes with bathroom and air con, but after staying one night (and swapping rooms) we had to check out... more
