As a longtime repeat customer, I'd have to acknowledge that the Royal Asia Lodge has had (and continues to have) problems with maintenance issues that have a tendency to stay inadequately addressed. The Royal Asia Lodge is not the most upmarket of Hotel's but for it's location and it's free Tuk Tuk service, I was very impressed. I have stayed in this Hotel twice and at the time it was run by a Sikh family and the staff were a little on the rude side but nothing to get too upset over.... more
