The location is convenient for the Kosan road, the grand palace and river taxis etc. the cafe/bar on the ground floor is fine and had a reasonable selection. Good location close to bars and restaurants and the river ferries. Smallish rooms but comfortable beds. The room I stayed in had no controls on the a\c except on\off. Very pleasant staff. The room had a refrigerator and there is a elevator.
