The hotel has been open for only a few months, so nothing's worn; everything's in new condition. However, if I were the owner of the hotel I'd be suing the builder. Stayed 3 nights in the New Millennium Sukhumvit from 9Jan to 12 Jan 2008, saw this new hotel flashing and caught everyone's attention from Westin on previous stay.
