Brilliant service, so helpful , I was there when the airport was occupied, they did everything to help fellow sufferers like me, including giving us vouchers for our lunch and evening meal.I will certainly stay here in the future, might be old hotel but the service is 5 star. more
The Rex is a little worn, but it is a good old Bangkok style place. Last time I was there, the replacement mattresses they got were very firm, too much so for me. The rooms are good size. I spent 3 weeks at the Rex while getting Dental treatments in Bangkok. (very good service with excellent price) The Rex is dated but the price ( $40.00 night w/breakfast) can't be beat.
