Every time I went back to Thailand (I am Thai), I do have to stay in hotel, in BBK at least f3-4 days for shopping and catching up with friends. Omyim Lodge was one that i like to recommend to both Thai and foreigner. You will be treated as well as every guests. The place more like big guest house... more

My partner and I travel to Bangkok very frequently. We have stayed in many types of hotel there but none can beat Omyim Lodge for value, location and friendliness. The price is budget but everything else about the place far exceeds any other budget hotel in Bangkok and some that are not budget. The staff give a warm and friendly... more

Stayed in June for three nights during a quick leisure trip to bangkok. The positives - right on the Chong Nonsi skytrain which is a godsend. Also within walking distance of the Patpong night markets (lots of fun) and walking distance to Healthlands Spa (excellent, professional massage, health and spa treatments). The Thai staff at the lodge are friendly and... more

Rooms- good spacious/clean/have fridge & tv. Bed very comfortable Location: - very good right next to BTS skytrain Food: Breakfast small but acceptable. Other meals good value and good quality. Facilities: Free internet/wifi For the price you pay it is excellent. Only complaint some staff are not the usual Thai friend for life you normally find. more

Stayed here in Bangkok for the first time. The hotel is frequently busy, so book early. It is literally across the street from the Chong Nonsi skytrain station, where the trains to Silom come every 6 minutes, although you can also just walk 10-15 minutes to most of the places on Silom Road. The rooms are nice and appear newly... more

The hotel is centrally located next to chong nonsi metro station and only a couple of metro stops from the river on one side and silom nightlife on the other side. So I found the location to be excellent. Staff were extremely friendly, but then I share the same experience with the staff all over Thailand. I had a big... more

You could do a lot worse than the Om Yim Hotel. It's very clean, central and the price is a nice balance between budget and comfort. The main reason we came was for the free wifi (we work while on the road) and we also liked having breakfast included. The coffee maker in the room was another nice touch. What... more

Stayed at this Hotel for 5 nights in September, seems incrediably hard for taxi drivers to find even if you have instructions in Thai. Room pictures looked better on the net. I had a rear room, noises from outside most of night, only had small window, not much natural light, no carpet, some type of artificial wood floor, bathroom reasonable,... more

The decoration of the lodge is tastefully decorated in a simple manner. The hospitality in the lodge is very warm and great. Although it caters more to the gay guest but my mom and I have no trouble at all staying at the hotel. We were given the rooms as requested on the first floor by email as they don't... more

Fantastic little hotel and great value for money in a city. Right near Skytrain station Chong Nonsi and walking distance or one train stop to Patpong area, eateries (Convent Road is great) and a few stops to ferry terminal. The nicest sheets comfy bed, double sealed windows, coffee making facilities in room, free drinking water every day, free wireless in... more
