I was surprised to see this hotel in the center of Nimmanhemin (the new hip street in chiengmai city). First step to the hotel you can see the big diffrent already. The hotel decoration with wood and garden (Lanna Style). We requested the room with swimming pool view and we got that room on the 2nd floor. The room so... more

The moment you walk in you relax at the reception surrounded by Lanna decor and tropical gardens. The rooms are spacious especially the ground floor suites that have a spa room, most rooms front onto the gorgeous pool. It's very peaceful, thai music is piped from the resturant, plus there's numerous water features stratigically placed to relax the senses. The... more

We stayed at the Yantasuri twice in Chiang Mai and it was by far our favourite hotel of the trip. We had just come from the Lebua state tower in Bangkok with is 5* yet we preferred Yantasuri by far! The hotel itself is really well done and traditional. It's owned by a husband/wife team who have decorated the place... more

This is a simply a gorgeous hotel, from the rustic design of the hotel itself, the beautiful pool and the elegant rooms. The staff is amazing and can speak English fairly well. Free Internet is offered at a computer next to reception. The hotel also can arrange travel to tourist attractions as well. There is also a nice spa and... more

Pros: Nicely designed, like a little rain-forest in the middle of town. the rooms are really nicely decorated and comfortable. Friendly staff. Cons: The worst breakfast on earth! The rocks in the shower are pretty but we really wonder how they get cleaned so it really feels dirty. The shower is hot-cold, impossible to adjust to a constant comfortable temperature.... more

Very nice Lanna style decor through out. The rooms are nicely decorated and appointed. There are a few spots here and there that needs more attention from housekeeping. The In-room WiFi is free and worked fine. The room price is okay, there are better deals from similar hotels in other parts of town but you paying for the location. Hotel... more

The staff are warm and friendly and very welcoming at this hotel. The building was a traditional Thai style and had beautiful gardens and pool next to the restaurant. The rooms were clean and the airconditioning very welcome in May as it was 40 degrees each day of our 5 day stay. There were some language problems with some reception... more

This Hotel and it's gardens are a beautiful oasis away from the hussle and bussle of Chiang Mai set in a trendy area on the edge of the city centre with plenty of good bars, restaurants and shops. Beautifully designed and wonderfully relaxing with personalised and relaxed rather than formal service which suited the Hotel and still efficient. The rooms... more
