This small B&B is situated in the best location, close to the heart of the city and within walking distance from everything! It's rooms are not huge, medium sized but everything you need is available! Their breakfast is perfect. The B&B closes at midnight but they will give you a key if you return later than midnight. Even if you... More

After a bad night in a local hostel we checked into Pat's. the staff are lovely are willing to help you with all requests. Pat the owner also took a good amount of time on the 1st night to tell us about the must see/do in the area. Breakfast is included & delicious.

We stayed in Pat's for a week, with a break in-between going up to Northern Thailand. The hotel gives you a home feeling, with her extremely helpful staffs. We stayed in a room facing the street. Though a bit noisy, it gives you better views. Room is basic but clean and comfortable. Serving breakfast in its small frontyard gives you... More

Picked this hotel based on reviews on TA. There was nothing special about the hotel other than the loaction inside the old city and the helpful staff. Our room in the back was a bit crowded and the room was pretty rustic. The outside seating area was a pleasant place to take breakfast which was pretty average too. The Sunday... More

This hotel is fine and the staff very nice. It is by a busy road so the restaurant is quite noisy. Overall it is OK but a bit pricey. There are lots and lots of small hotels in Chiang Mai to choose from (big supply and lower demand). I'd recommend you book no more than one night in advance and... More

We loved this place. Although some of the rooms are on the small side overall it is a charming and comfortable place to stay.Pat and her staff are extremely helpful. We loved the garden/terrace to the front where you can enjoy breakfast and snacks throughout the day. The location is also perfect - being bang in the middle of the... More

The place is in a good location that is in a quieter area. The price is good and comes with breakfast. The staff is very nice and super helpful. There are a few flights of stairs to the rooms-no elevator. They have a small bar/kitchen area where you can buy drinks. We arranged a cab to and from the airport... More

As most places visited in Thailand, the welcome was warm and appreciated. The commune area of the hotel are well maintained and pleasant, especailly the tables outside for breakfast. The hotel is located just a minute walk from the Sunday night market, and from the places to visit in Chiang Mai. Our bedroom was clean, and we had a quiet... More

Good location, nice and clean rooms. They may be small but include al necessities (aircon, tv, fridge, safe, umbrella). Breakfast consist of 3 choices (Thai and Continental) with orange juice and coffee/tea. Best of all is the very kind and knowledgable staff who go out of their way to please guests (even non-guests staying nearby came to chat with them... More
