We stayed here for 4 nights back in February and are so pleased we chose it - very clean and comfortable and the owners are lovely and always ready to help. We walked a few doors up for breakfast and the deliciously airconditioned and clean MOAT restaurant close by for dinner.

THE place to stay in Chiang Mai. Very nice welcoming couple. We stayed there for a week (during Songkran). It is close to the center but in a quiet street outside of the old city. Very nice restaurant for breakfast two doors down. I would stay there again.
