staff very friendly and the place very peaceful. My plan was to book a appartment but just could not leave the place, because of good prize, the garden( where we met everyday again cool people.) the free storage of stuff and the help they gave me. Many people come back to this place because they feel at home here. Quiet... More

It has been my second time in this place, and I didn't like the first one, but this time it was too much I have to report. There are 2 people who rules the place, an American guy and a Thai woman, but they got an employee who is on the mornings normally. If they are watering the plants or... More

We stayed here for three nights in February 2013. The property is clean and pleasant in a good location just north of the Eastern Gate, well priced in comparison to what else is available in the area for the price we paid (250bhat/night). This was actually the third property we stayed in in Chiang Mai and certainly the best one... More

If you're looking for a cheap guest house in a perfect location for a cheap price, this is it. I stayed here for 3 nights in a double room with fan (250 baht/night). The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only negative was super-thin walls (you can hear everything your neighbors are doing), but that's to be expected in... More

in the hyper-touristic Chiang Mai you can really find better places. despite the first impression can be very good, there are important things to underline: 1. the lower part is very dangerous, several people seriously damaged their skulls hitting the heads on the roof 2. the rules of the guesthouse do not allow to bring foreigners, with special accent to... I was looking for a place to stay in Chiang Mai when I passed this place. It has a wonderful garden, which happened to be a good place for a chat. Either with the people that work there and/or with the people that stay there. I had a wonderful time here and I came back to celebrate Songkran. The people... More

It's really cheap, considering how clean and nice it is! We rent a twin bedroom for me and my friend for just 250 BAHT and we were both gladly surprised by it. People are nice and helpful (we got a cheap trekking trip too) and the common area is chilled. Overall, a very nice guesthouse in a very nice town!

The wooden floor vibrates the noise whenever anyone walks on it. I felt the bed shakes throughout. Having a room nearest to the shared toilet/showers cubicles makes it the worst. Brushing teeth, showering, door slamming, peeing, etc, can be heard from the room. One word, " SLEEPLESS NIGHT". Next morning, asked for another room (for last night in CM, don't... More

Pleasant courtyard, great location, easy walks to everything, nice staff, clean, quiet, and very affordable. Oh, and there's a cute little dog named Milo. Don't worry, he never barks.
