I was looking for a place with a double bed, tv, aircon, and that served breakfast. And I found it! Not too far from the moat and not too close this guest house offers delicious waffles at anytime of the day or night... service was great. I recommend this place to everyone.

Cumpun Guest House, located at 24/3-4 Sittiwong road near Tha Pae Gate is one of the best guesthouses to book your holiday in Chiang Mai. Not only is the location convenient (close to Night Bazaar and Warrorot market), but you also have a nice room with hot shower and television from 280 baht/night. If you like airconditioning and a bigger room you can get it for 380 baht/night. Because the guesthouse has just been taken over by me, a ambitious young Belgian guy, and my Thai girlfriend, it's about to get pimped. A new paint layer is already been done and we got rid of most of the junk. The pooltable is installed and I will serve breakfast, to satisfy your needs to the fullest.
