enjoyed my stay here, the hotel is old style with essential character , however was clean , friendly staff , nice comfortable rooms and bed, well located, for less than 30 PDS a night, you cant beat it, if your style is the more modern Le Meridien , its right across the road and at least twice the price...maybe three......... more

This hotel is right next to the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar. It is older but well taken care of. The rooms are big, so are the bathrooms. Very good pool and excerise facilities. The breakfast buffet had good variety though average quality and sometimes really crowded. There are plenty of places close to eat, no need to get breakfast included... more

Just spent 3 nights at the Centara Duangtawan, Chiang Mai and it was a great stay. Rooms were clean & fresh and very large with a view of the pool for us. Food was fresh with a mix of Western/Asian and we had no side affects during our stay. Breakfast was the best we had in Thailand during our travel.... more

I stayed at a standard room at the Centara Duangtawan in July 2009. The rooms were a bit out dated and you've got to love the green carpet.
