We chose a junior suite which came with access to the "club" room which included a concierge. We used him quite a bit. We came to Chiang Mai after a couple of days in Bangkok.... and we LOVED Chiang Mai!! And, the d2 was an amazing place to stay in Chiang Mai, close the the night bazaar and fun bars.
