We selected this hotel based on the Lonely Planet "our pick" recommendation and the rating and comments on TripAdvisor. Pros - Very sweet and super friendly staff, especially the owner. She even cooked us special (not on the menu) breakfast each morning including yummy mango sticky rice and gave us cookies for the day when she new we were going... more

Very quiet, stylish boutique hotel in the center of Chiang Mai. Very nice wooden furniture, ceiling and floor in rooms, friendly staff, nice turquoise pool. Booked through Zuji.com.sg with a very good deal (2500 THB). One word: awesome ! more

The nicest place I have been to in a long time. Service, breakfast, atmosphere excellent. Quaint 8 roomed boutique hotel, with internet cafe, curior shop, breakfast restaurant, pool, mossie nets and pleasant staff. I would recommend this "find" to my friends, family, work colleagues without hesitation. Loved it. more

This was a fantastic end to a hectic 3 week stay in Thailand. It was a lovely relaxing spot in a good location. The staff were very helpful, really lovely. The rooms were beautiful, and I would highly recommend the mango and stick rice for breakfast!! It did truly have a sleepy colonial feel...we will definately stay again!!! more

This was such a wonderful "oasis" hidden in the middle of such a bustling city. The owner was so gracious and welcoming, her staff was so helpful, the entire hotel was so beautiful..... we couldn't have chosen a better hotel. The authentic decor and overall ambiance of the inner courtyard was so relaxing and mystical.... it made you forget about... more

Gorgeous, one of the most beautiful places I've stayed in for its authenticity, graciousness of the people who run this hotel, wonderful, killer cosmopolitans, decor was so pretty, antiques everywhere, beautiful courtyard, nice free internet room. I would change absolutely nothing about this hotel! The rooms were beautiful--red silk, dark wood, so peaceful after a day of running around for... more

This hotel was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful, the staff was so very hospitable and it felt like you were not in the middle of the silver district. To get to the night market, the staff will call a tuk tuk, which was very cheap. The breakfast was lovely. The only problem we had was that on Sundays, the main... more

A beautiful small hotel, where the owners have clearly made a lot of effort and successfully created an old-fashioned style that must be very rare these days. The room was beautifully furnished, with silver dishes and ornaments and beautiful silks. Service was excellent, with staff eager to help out with our travel arrangements, and any questions we had. The only... more

This boutique hotel was beautiful and the people working there equally so, but.... the bed was so hard it was almost unbearable and the rooms are too dark and cramped. Still, it was lovely in many ways. more
