We thought we would be ok here after staying at the Peninsula on the river in Bangkok, but this place is nowhere up to the same standard, the location is not great, miles from the night bazaar and shopping, the building looks like an apartment block and is short of land. Not impressed.

This hotel offers a great value and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious enough and clean, furniture a bit outdated. I've just read some of the earlier reviews and I dont believe they do any justice to the hotel. The hotel was very nice, quite big, but seemed a little old. They did organize shuttles to and from airport/rail station, provided free wi-fi and were very nice. So nothing yo complain about, but not exceptional.

I would strongly advise anybody to steer well clear of this hotel. The staff veer between incompetent and incredibly rude, the latter being a feature of their management team. If you enjoy being ignored and snapped at whilst paying way over the odds for decidedly less than average quality accommodation then perhaps you would enjoy a stay here considerably more... More
