I don't know why there are bad reviews on this hotel, as I found this place excellent! We stayed in the deluxe room which is in a building to the side of the main hotel building. The room was spacious with a living room also! However I should make note that there is no lift for people staying in this room,... more

We booked a Delux room and after reading some of the reviews were a little wary. However, we did have a lift and out bags taken up. The room was not huge but a decent size with a small sitting area. It was clean and comfortable. The pool was small with an odd Jacuzzi which looked more like a house... more

No body speaks english, or at least they pretend they dont so that they can ignore your complains! There was a big sign that said Breakfast Buffet 120b when the bill came they charged us 250b per person instead, we complained with everyone we could but they all pretended not to understand and said that if we dont pay they... more

I stay here 9 nights in a room at terrace zone that is next to the main building. First the positive points: cheap, big room, reasonable breakfast, friendly front desk staff and friendly security staff, pool look nice but not efficent, location then the negative points: The entrance off the bathroom is 1,60 m so even for asian people too... more

Nice pool with we used late one night to cool off. We booked a massage in the hotel which was a good price considering it was... more

Stayed here with my girlfriend from 13-17 December. We called on the morning of the 13th to confirm pickup from the airport and they had no record of our booking. Not a good start. They did call back an hour later to confirm the booking. Pickup from the airport was nice however due to the booking problem we had to... more

We stayed at the Maninarakorn for 4 days at the beginning of December. The hotel is ideally placed for exploring the city – an equal (and short) distance between the Old City and the vibrant Night Bazaar area. There is a branch of Bangkok Bank just outside the main entrance, which seemed to open extended hours, for changing travellers cheques.... more

We stayed in this hotel for the first 2 nights during our trip to Chiang Mai. We booked the hotel based on the positive reviews on this website and what a letdown. We got a deluxe terrace room which was located at the building next to the main hotel. It was a walk-up and we were on the 3rd floor.... more
