I have to agree with previous reviews regarding the location of the SIra. It's just a bit too far from all the nightlife and activity in town. The Sira Boutique hotel is a small facility that faces the north leg of the moat from inside the old city. Not sure who is writing all those glowing reviews, but the reality is that the Sira is a small hotel, not a boutique hotel, and there is a big difference. "Boutique" suggests high design, ultra-professional staff, concierge-style service, excellent dining and bar, and generally a luxury experience.
