It was our first stay in CM. After reading all comments I was rather skeptical about this hotel, but my concerns were disappeared soon. Clean bathroom, towels changed every day, small but functional room with twin bed & TV, wifi in room, breakfast with toasts, fruits and eggs, location just in the center, but not so noisy - everything for... more

The room smelled like moth balls. My entire bag of clothes reeked of this stench when I left. The shower (or hose in the bathroom) had no warm or hot water. Only cold. I had to pay in full to make a reservation online. Not okay in my opinion. After one night, I tried to get a refund on the... more

This hotel is cheap and it has all the basic necessities: air con, water heater (some places use gas and they turned it off in daytime but this hotel uses electrical ones so you can have hot water anytime) The service staffs are very friendly and they greet you with a smile, which makes you feel comfortable hanging around in... more

We stayed here for 4 nights in July, using it as our base to explore Chiang Mai and do some treking around the area. The room itself was clean and quite modern with air conditioning. The only downside was that there was no real view but we were out so much that it didn't matter. The staff were extremely friendly... more

Booked over the net for a few nites in June after reading good reviews. Location was convenient. Surrounded by bookshops & food outlets just nearby. No problems checking in. Room was simple. Toilet stank of urine. Water pressure from shower head was so low had to stand few inches from the wall to get soaked. Bathroom window had no curtains... more

Clean hostel in good location near other hostels (Julie’s) and close to main street and sights. 5 minutes walk to walking street markets on a weekend. Quite comfy bed with good shower. Some staff struggle with English. more

Whatever you do do not stay here! Overpriced with rooms not looking at all like in the pictures on website. The young boys and cleaners were very nice but owner a money grabing scam artist. One night whilst using the internet a massive rat ran past me out of the kitchen. For the amount of money you will pay you... more

One of the worst hotel we experienced in our one month trip in Thailand (we stayed in almost 15 hotels): room on the last floor, no elevator, no curtains on the bath window. 900 baht per night, didn't worth the price at all. more

I booked this hotel at the Chiang Mai airport and overpaid. You are probably best negotiating rates directly as I believe there was great variation in the rates charged. The location is amazing and the breakfast very good. The decor is typically Thai and quite charming. The washrooms need better ventilation and several things in the room did not work.... more
