Overall we had a really good, relaxing holiday at the Imperial Boathouse. We loved the location - lovely beach and pool (only used main 'ship' pool). Stayed many times at Boathouse in various rooms. Feel now that perhaps the rooms, especially bathroom, could do with an update. Shower tiles have become grubby and overall the rooms are a bit dark. The hotel is excellent value though if getting free days. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming and the management are really making an effort... more

We stayed here for 8 days at the beginning of May to round off our first trip to Thailand to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The imperial boat house suite, its a must for honeymooners... excellent place.. the actual 1950's rice boats converted into a suite.. theatmosphere is awesome.. boat shaped swimming pool is great and not mention the clean and great beach. also the cultural programme along with dinner was a specaility excellent.. one word... Wonderful hotel, be specific about your room choices. There are boathouse rooms - with an entire boat at your disposal (recommended). Take this, and choose one of the boathouses right up front and close to the beach. The other rooms are nice, however staying at the boathouse is a different experience. Its advisable to try food at the smaller corner... more

My brother and I have just returned from this Hotel 24th April 2009. It really is like going to Heaven. Pure Paradise. I have travelled many places over the years ..but this place is 100% perfect.
