Stayed at the Haven from Dec 10 for 10 nights, the food is excellent and certanely fresh (pick your own lobster etc) Staff are good. Good location right in middle of Pattaya. No problems and will be back next time I am in Pattaya.

popped back to Pattaya last month on the way home from the US. Didn't get to stay at the Haven this time but called in for dinner. Nice hotel on soi 13, which is the best location in pattaya, close to everywhere. The food in the restaurant is first class and i would visit here just for the food alone. Upstairs rooms are a bit quieter for those who like to sleep on in the mornings. Staff are very helpful and help in anyway they can.

It was little difficult to locate. As no signboard on the beach road. But once located it was our heaven for 3 nights of our stay here. Good clean food. Staff very helpful n nice. Extra guest no problem here. So would strongly recommend this hotel to all the single travelers to pattaya. Just an advise book well in advance.
