I stayed here for 2 nights, rooms are quite big with good interiors. Its location is very good being located on the beachfront. The only problem is that they don't have much varieties for in room dining and especially lack Indian Cuisine and also vegetarian options, rest all is good.

location is very good .but its peacefull at night no bar noise.standard rooms are very good very clean and modern.good large comfartable bed decent size tv.rooftop pool .the staff are quite young.but they are exellent very helpfull and service with a smile. stayed here for the last 2 years exellent place to stay

The hotel has no frills, but the rooms were clean and the staff friendly. The location was good, less than a block from the beach and quiet. The balcony was nice even though we only had a view of the hotel next door.

Very good hotel big room excellent customer service well priced always stay at summer spring when visiting pattaya, only downfall on my behalf is there is no kettle in the room so I just bought my own for 200 baht from big c.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and clean rooms, also a good location on Soi 1 Beach rd. The only downside is room service closes at 4 pm every day, so if your having a relaxing day in your room, you cannot order food from room service. Sea me hotel on Soi 10, same company but much better run
