Being a single lady traveller,. This is a fantastic apartment hotel. All nice and clean. Each apartment has well appointed living room with kitchen, bedroom and a nice balcony overlooking the pool. TV in both living room and bedroom. Free internet. Great restaurant and friendly staff. more

Regularly stay in the Residence Gardens... its a quiet haven a short distance away from the entertainment district of Pattaya - 5 mins on Baht bus to walking street. Very clean, excellent housekeeping, and good internet access etc. Very recommended... not the cheapest, but excellent value for money, and as a place to relax... excellent. more

This is the first hotel I have stayed in where the reception staff actually all understood English and all were very friendly. Excellent suite (more a one bed apartment then a room) and cleaned daily. This is a nice family run hotel situated between Pattaya and Jomtien Beach which benefits from being slightly away (although within walking distance) of the main Pattaya tourist district. Stayed in the Residence Garden for 15 days in May and it was great! The room was actually a suite as there was a seperate living/dining area.
