Negatives: Only 2 staff speak english we found this a problem when trying to book day trips, enquiries at reception, and in the business centre. The resort puts 10% service charge on anything you get them to do, including day trips. Suggest you deal direct with the tour operators. The Sigma Hotel Jomtien looks OK however at 7.30 AM their big sound system started up and went all day.
