Spent my last Valentine's day with my half and was quite happy about this resort. Well located, the resort is in good conditions. Swimming pool is exceptional and can enjoy few hours of sunbathing too. Rooms are comfortable, not enough international TV channels but can survive without. Internet package a bit expensive when we know the cost price... Breakfast buffet... more

We have been back to the Tide about 5x and will continue to make it our weekend away from Bangkok retreat. For those looking to get away from Bangkok for a night or 2, dont look any further than The Tide. I stayed here with my boyfriend for 4 nights in Feb 2005. We choce this place as a place to unwind as it was out of the touristy parts of Thailand. The price was extremely good and the pool was the most amazing pool! I will try and attach some photos of it but the photos do not do the... more

The Tide Resort hotel is in a small coastal town called Bangsaen, halfway between Bangkok and Pattaya. This hotel really is a hidden gem.
